Steve started his investment career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and spent 14 years at Charles Schwab overseeing individual clients’ planning, portfolio design and allocation strategies. He was a frequent presenter at Schwab seminars, has spoken before national audiences about issues and opportunities in the markets. Steve is also a six-time Five Star Wealth Manager winner and has been quoted by Boston Magazine, the Boston Globe and USA Today, and has been interviewed on several investment radio programs.

Steve holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and is a magna cum laude graduate from the University of Maine School of Law. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, he spent a year with Bowditch and Dewey before realizing that his financial cases were the most interesting, precipitating his career change. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2012 and his Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) credential in 2014. He joined Braver in 2014.
